Being a positive force for change is a very important part of what we do here at Comma Coffee. Everything we do at Comma is made possible only by the dynamic, driven and talented team of young individuals we have working for us. Members of our team benefit not only by earning a living wage and the ability to sustain and improve their living conditions, but also by obtaining new skills and developing themselves both personally and professionally. The same is true for the work we do in cooperation with the farmers and families that help us at our coffee plantations in Northern and Southern Laos. These two groups of people are the true driving force behind Comma’s success, and are the most valuable achievement made by Comma thus far.
